Previously, she was the director at CooLife Newtwork Inc and the co-founder of Clicknomore LLC, an international tech recruiting platform. She was also the project officer at Asia-Europe Foundation in Singapore. Ms. Fan received her Master’s degree in urban and regional planning from Stockholm University.
