Tokenise's approach will be fully compliant with the UK’s FCA regulatory framework. Using our platform, startups and established companies will be able to raise capital from investors through digital certificates that represent ownership in a safe and transparent environment.

As well as the crowd-sales primary market, Tokenise will also be creating a secondary market for curated tokens, for token holders to buy and sell security tokens directly.
