CashBet was founded in 2012 by a team of industry veterans with a vision of using their extensive gaming software experience to build a next generation mobile-first monetization platform for social and mobile gaming. Previously, the team developed iGaming platforms for CyberArts (later sold to Ultimate Gaming) and for USDG.

The CashBet team has built a well-established, robust, mobile-first iGaming platform which has been licensed for real-money gaming and operational in several jurisdictions since 2013.
