The company was founded in 2012 as a search engine and advertising network. It has now launched “Zool Pay” or “ZOY,” a utility token. Over the past nine years, the company has quietly expanded. It has acquired over 85,000 high-end advertisers worldwide. Zool is now presenting a five-year “Zool Vision 2027” plan, driven in part by Zool Pay token growth.
According to the company, Zool Ad Network’s organic user growth has led to an estimated valuation of about 500 million US dollars. Based on this momentum, Zool is launching a new ad platform in 2022. The platform will include audio ads, AI-powered digital cards, and connected TV (CTV).
Zool hasn’t limited itself to ad tech. It has also launched various products such as AI-based humanoids, autonomous drones, electric vehicles, and food delivery apps. Over the past nine years, it acquired companies like Ayha Ad Network in London and invested in several green-tech ventures. Zool has expanded offices in the US, Croatia, and Singapore, with a Russian office planned for 2022.
Zool Pay launch and blockchain plans
The company is now integrating all its products into one crypto-based payment system using Zool Pay. CEO Manoj Mahto called this a revolutionary move for both Zool and its users.
Zool Pay will function on a new smart chain (blockchain) offering lower costs, enhanced security, and greater flexibility. It will support P2P lending through its wallet and the Zool Exchange. Zool aims to grow its advertiser base to 800,000 within a year, approaching Google’s estimated one million advertisers.
The company will offer loans to advertisers who hold at least 20% of their ad budget in ZOY tokens. Borrowers must have a 60-day good credit history. These loans will be interest-free and Shariah-compliant.
Zool is highly focused on attracting advertisers and retaining them. Switching payments to Zool Pay Token is expected to generate strong demand. Officials believe expanding the Zool Pay ecosystem globally will help it compete directly with Google Pay.
Ecosystem growth and global reach
Zool is also exploring the anime, manga, and VR gaming industries. It is in talks with platforms in Germany and Canada. Zool may invest in their stocks to benefit token holders and ensure strategic growth in the $8 billion entertainment sector.
High-speed internet is essential for gaming. To support this, Zool is launching Zool Internet Satellite and space-based crypto mining in 2022. These services target gamers and Zool Smart Chain users worldwide. This initiative will further fuel Zool Pay token growth, boosting its utility across tech ecosystems. The satellite is being developed at the company’s research facility. Launch will take place through governmental or private space agencies.
CEO Manoj Mahto added that Zool will soon announce a classified agreement. This will happen after securing investment from Middle Eastern authorities.
Zool recently announced its Pre Sales and ICO of tokens on 24th September 2021 with a mid-cap of USD 100 million and it is focused on HNWI and VCs. The company is already in talks with BITDAO, NFX, Softbank, and various other investment authorities in the Middle East, Europe, and Russia. Public investors may also buy tokens via Pre Sales and ICO.
