25 million pre-mined UKasii (5%) will be held by the UKasii founder shareholders. Founder shareholders will not be able to divest their UKasii Coins for two years from the date of issue.

20 million pre-mined UKasii (4%) will be distributed to launch contributors. Launch contributors (e.g. Advisors / Non- Executive Directors, branding agencies) will not be able to divest their UKasii coin for one year from the date of issue. Any UKasii Coin not distributed by UKasii, will be added to the reserve.

180 million UKasii (36%) will be held in reserve to be distributed as part of UKasii services to customers who decide to exchange Kasii at the preferred rate, (estimated at less than 3% annually). Once the reserve is depleted, UKasii Coin will only be available for purchase on cryptocurrency exchanges in exchange for their respective accepted currencies.

275 million pre-mined UKasii (55%) will be offered at (a capped) ICO where our target is to raise $5,000,000.

In the event that the ICO Target of $5 million is reached, the Top 500 investors will receive a Bonus based on the table below:

● 25% for investments at Pre-ICO
● 20% for investments in Round 1
● 10% for investments in Round 2

A LIVE Investment Leaderboard will be displayed on the UKasii ICO website, showing the Public Keys of the investors in the Top 500. Their Investment amounts will not be shown.

As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project?
I'm the Founder of UKa$ii and along with our team will be leading the project to bring our cryptocurrency based consumer program to Nigeria.
What do you think about idea?
UKa$ii will provide consumers with a better shopping experience across various sectors as well as incremental wealth increase. In parallel merchants will be able to improve their margins and target relevant customers, again providing a more streamlined and enjoyable shopping experience.

A fundamental part of our business approach is "ethical profit" and giving back to the region where we serve customers and partners. To achieve this, UKa$ii will invest 5% of Gross Revenues and actively participate in social responsibility causes, beginning with 5% of the income we receive from our ICO.
Rob Prophet
As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project?
Rob is an advisor & sounding-board to the Founder of UKasii, and his None-Executive Directors, with extensive African customer behaviour experience.
What do you think about idea?
It merges loyalty, community engagement, technology, next-generation spending into one application, and support the "leap-frog" adoption behaviour of African customer.

It's "on-books" financial commitment to the communities it operates in is proof of next-generation business thinking/ethics/planning.
Chinelo Obidigbo
As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project?
I am currently a Non Executive Director on legal matters. My responsibility within the ICO Project is to ensure that we are within the confines of the law at all times and to advise against transactions that will impact negatively on the project.
What do you think about idea?
The idea is truly inspirational. Its is an innovation for the Nigerian market as it will give potential customers a platform to use cryptocurrencies in more ways than one.

Non-Executive Director: Regular advisor to CEO, focussing particularly on loyalty aspects of the project.
