Peter Prabhu

Mr. Prabhu is a co-founder of Interstice Consulting and currently serves as the Managing Partner of the firm. He works with entrepreneurial companies to expand their businesses into high-growth markets. He has done business and maintains contacts in more than 25 countries throughout Asia-Pacific and Eastern Europe, and is a regular speaker at international conferences focused on emerging markets, technology entrepreneurship, business and finance. During his prior careers, Mr. Prabhu has been an investment banker and project financier with the JPMorgan Chase, BankAmerica and PricewaterhouseCoopers organizations, with regional responsibility for Asia-Pacific and Eastern Europe. During this time he arranged billions of dollars in financing for infrastructure and related industries. He has also been a team leader for several high-profile project finance advisory assignments and cross-border acquisitions and joint ventures in Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe. Mr. Prabhu holds a B.Com in finance from McGill University (Great Distinction), where he was a James McGill Scholar and the medallist in Finance. He also holds a Master's degree in Management from the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, a Certificate in E-Commerce Business Development from New York University, is a qualified CPA/CA in Canada, USA, and Singapore.
