PASCAL FORSTER

Pascal Forster (1967) is the former Managing Director with Russell Reynolds Associates, a global executive search firm. He has more than 15 years of experience in recruiting senior managers and executives for leading corporations and organizations. In addition, he has helped set up a number of commercial and nonprofit organizations, the most prominent being Entrepreneurs’ Roundtable (together with Thomas Ladner) and Club zum Rennweg (co-founder). He received a B.A. in social sciences and an M.B.A. from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.
