Angel Colon is a seasoned financial professional with over 15 years of proven expertise in negotiating and marketing financial products, risk management, and both fixed income and equity securities transactions. Mr. Colon’s, distinguished consulting style focuses on working with clients to deliver maximum revenue and improve financial performance. He is a co-founder of Public Offering Corp which is the engine behind BANQ, the Electronic Trading and Financing Platform. Mr. Colon now has become a force in BlockChain in advising companies in strategic partnerships and advising in ICO's. Mr. Colon works with all aspects of transaction structuring for small private and public companies. He has served as principle, analyst, branch manager at several financial institutions dealing with high net worth and retail clients. He has held positions at several prominent firms such as Neuberger Berman, Wit Capital, Andover Clearing and is currently Vice President at Tri Point Global Equities. Mr. Colon received his Bachelors of Science in International Business from St. John Fisher College and global study abroad while attending Richmond College in London, Leiden University in the Netherlands and the University of Salzburg in Austria.
