Key Personnel & Facility

The Company’s first milestone is to recruit a strong management team to organize their respective departments and hire key personnel, enabling the Company to begin development of platforms, mobile applications, and establishment of a U.S. RIA. Simultaneously, the Company will secure physical facilities, furnishings, and equipment adequate for planned operations.

Platform Development

The Company’s second milestone is to develop its internal trading and customer management platforms and public customer account management platform and mobile application. Simultaneously, the Company will form a wholly owned, United States Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) registered RIA.

Marketing and Sales

The Company’s third milestone is to thoroughly test its internal trading and customer management platforms, public customer account management platform, and mobile application. Simultaneously, the Company will finalize marketing and hire and train its institutional sales team.

Product Launch

The Company’s final initial milestone is to begin revenue generating operations through the launch of its United States (“U.S.”) products to individuals and institutions; namely managed digital asset index portfolios.
