AVOTEO will be a crowdfunding platform with an integrated talent pool. Holders of the AVO token will have the right to vote on the projects they want to be funded. The most voted projects are then selected on a regular basis and get funding from a funding wallet, which is filled by a 10% transaction tax (4% funding pool, 3% redistribution, 3% liquidity). As we reached the soft cap on September 25th, preparations for the launch of the platform development are at full speed. We are in talks with potential partners, creating first drafts for the look and feel of the platform and are thinking about how to make the AVOTEO experience exciting, entertaining and successful for all stakeholders.
Avoteo's vision is epistemologically grounded on Hayek's thesis that individuals are repositories of unique and unreplaceable bodies of knowledge about the economy, social more and innovation opportunities offered by the environment they are immersed in. As such, we treat every person as a Hayekian economic actor and believe that meaningful innovation is not exclusive to a few select individuals from any specific group, gender or geographical area. On the contrary, we believe that the stroke of genius is within reach of everyone and strive to create the right environment for the empowerment of entrepreneurially minded individuals.
The project stage
Present your projects and apply for funding or vote for projects and participate in their success. All you have to do as an investor is to vote for projects you think are promising. Additional financial contribution is not necessary, as the winning projects are funded from the funding wallet. The project stage is the place where projects can attract investors and convince them to vote for them.
The talent pool
Find team members as a project owner or offer your services and find potential projects you can participate in as a professional. Everyone can contribute and find their place in the community.
Voting
Not only can AVO holders vote on projects they want to be funded. They also have a say in the future development of AVOTEO itself. The team listens to the community and implements viable suggestions.

Interaction, communication, a platform that is fun to use and a supportive environment for projects are further core elements of AVOTEO.
