• The platform securely stores the user’s attestations on the blockchain saving  various  companies form the hassles o varying themselves
• The  system use  is transparent  as it has placed different special measures to  eliminate any  fraud  making it fair to all the users
• The platform help different sectors in  job postings and employment of the right candidates for the positions advertised based on their qualifications from the  data stored in blockchain
• The platform  involved members have the relevant skills  and experience as the founder Kartik Mandaville  has served as an advisor and implemented different project based on big data making the project implementation easier
• The platform  whitepaper is elaborate  and available in different languages enabling the project use in different countries

CONS:

• The technical team involved  has a few members
• The platform lacks a well generated mobile application supported by Android and IOS to enable the user to easily update their credentials in case of any advancements
• The amount  raised by the  Spring tokens pre-sale is not specified which could limit the project implementation

NOTE:

The project is very essential as it eliminates fraud and forgery of the user’s documents during the acquisition of power and employment opportunities through a secured storage using blockchain technology. I would therefore invest in this project.

Market:
The key competitor of SpringRole is the first business network LinkedIn, which began its history in 2002 and after 14 years with traffic 200 million visitors per month was purchased by Microsoft for $26,2 billion. According to Wikipedia data, following the results of 2015 the profit of LinkedIn made up $2,9 billion ((+35 % to 2014), however, the dead loss of the company increased to $166M versus $15,7M in 2014. There is no information on the LinkedIn financial indicators for 2016-2017.
There is also Indorse competitor in the decentralized environment, which raised $9,2M in the course of ICO, today capitalization is $2,5M, ROI USD - 0.21x.
The innovativeness of technology and concept in the Spring Role project is minimal and they don’t bring revolutionary changes for HR area. While the usefulness of verification of data and jobseekers is obvious for companies, it’s doubtful for jobseekers, especially for young specialists. The project will face the key problem of the majority of social networks at the initial stage – because of low number of jobseekers the platform will not be interesting for companies, and jobseekers won’t register because of low popularity of the platform among employers.

Social activity:
The activity of Springrole in social networks is low, except for Telegram (60K followers), which are attracted using referral program and Airdrop. The number of publication in Mass media - about 10, the project isn’t discussed at forums.

Project strong sides: blockchain engine which can give more flexible and secured product; final release before ICO; probably existing venture investors and partnership network.

Project weak sides: great competition with LinkedIn without details of it.

So our position is positive.
