CRPT is a utility token intended for usage in any b2b/b2c products with different mechanics. Most often, the token works as a loyalty tool. Basically, CRPT was intended for meeting the Crypterium service needs. However, as the token's popularity was growing, its application sphere expanded. Today, CRPT is developing as an ecosystem.
CRPT tokens were issued by the Crypterium AS financial institution in the framework of ICO that was held from October 31, 2017 to January 6, 2018. The token sale was terminated ahead of time due to reaching the hard cap. An escrow company was engaged for receipt of funds from the CRPT sale.
After recovery of funds from escrow account (in June 2018), the token issuer received a legal opinion letter from the American legal firm Blockchain Law Group (on the ICO compliance with legislative requirements).
The smart contract was launched in November 2017. CRPT base smart contract functions on the Ethereum blockchain. It is currently possible to buy tokens only in the secondary market.
The CRPT smart contract meets the ERC-20 standard. The smart contract was audited by professional blockchain solution developer Ambisafe.
