EUROPEAN WOMEN PAYMENTS NETWORK-AMSTERDAM 2018
After a very successful Inaugural event in 2017, EWPN will be back again in Amsterdam (VENUE TO BE CONFIRMED)! This time EWPN will be hosting the 2nd Annual Conference & Awards on 15th- 16th October 2018.
This is not just any other event.This is the only Pan- European Conference specifically focused on women working in FinTech & Payments. The conference brings together women from all over Europe for a full day event. The conference will feature interactive panels, deep-dive workshops, and plenary sessions with industry female leaders.
All tribes will convene in Amsterdam for a full day of networking, sharing, meeting, learning and an opportunity to build such relationships which are so important for development on personal and professional level.
We have put together an exciting Agenda for the day with very diverse topics. If you are a natural leader, and have something to share with fellow women, then we encourage you to Sign Up As a Speaker. This is an excellent opportunity to share your knowledge and claim your space as an expert in your field within the industry.

Policing, Cyber Crime and The Cyber Criminals
Charlie McMurdie served as Scotland Yard’s head of Economic and Cyber Crime, and led the Police Central eCrime Unit and National cyber crime programmes. She was the country’s top law enforcement officer in the fast moving, complex, international world of hacking, cyber crime and online fraud. After a 32yr career in policing which took in terrorism, covert policing, and work leading murder and robbery investigations, and as head of National and International organised crimes Charlie spearheaded UK law enforcements attempts to prevent and detect cyber crime. She fought battles with complacent and sceptical colleagues and government to secure agreement and funding and established one of the leading cyber crime agencies in the world.
