Uncertain regulatory status and a common set of standards might hinder the overall growth of the market. It is impossible to try beta-versions of the product, as a result, it is impossible to verify development status. Risks and uncertainties were not identified. Financial model is not prepared, as a result, it is impossible to estimate future profits.

I'm only seeing one guy with anything, the rest companies that I really don't know much about except of the Opel. I don't really have the right amount of info on all these other small German companies, I will have to respectfully pass on this.

We have a neutral opinion, but it depends more on the market. The project is good in terms of approach (pre-ICO PR probably??), the team is good, the cap is small.
 

The Unibright ICO is led by a highly competent, cohesive team with an established grip on their target market. The design of the Unibright Framework is well conceptualized and the success of their cloud-based ERP product adds more credence to the project.
On the other hand, the question of adoption and scaling casts a level of uncertainty; the future will become more discernable as signs of progress appear.

The team and idea are strong, but we are concerned about the absence of a publicly available prototype. We also cite less than ideal current market conditions and, as result, poor performance of a similar project, Morpheus labs.

The long-term perspective seems to us more positive than a short-term one.
