Each Tier outside of the lottery is a guaranteed allocation, however Copper & Bronze tier members need to complete the whitelist requirements (like, comment and retweet).
Any unsold tokens from the first round are made available in a second first come first served round for copper and above tiers. All tiered members (not lottery) can purchase an additional amount that is determined by a tier-based formula.
