As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project?

I am the founder and lead developer of Betoken, in charge of all things blockchain and designing cryptoeconomic systems.

What do you think about idea?

The core innovation of Betoken is its decision-making system--Incentivized Meritocracy--that allows our pool of managers to make the most profitable investment decisions for the Betoken fund without any central coordination.

Betoken allows everyone to invest in our decentralized future without having to spend time diving into the crypto rabbit-hole. Betoken also provides everyone with the opportunity to work as a fund manager, and they will be judged on merit and merit alone; no Ivy League degree required.

We believe Betoken represents the future of blockchain, the finance industry, and our entire species, a future where anyone can work at anywhere they want, free from discrimination and elitist exclusion, and get paid not based on their titles or degrees, but on their actual merit and contributions.

Surya Krishnan

As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project?

I work primarily on developing the frontend of the dapp. I also work on improving our governance model and I also contribute to our community outreach efforts.

What do you think about idea?

Betoken could truly disrupt the hedge fund industry by making the space open, transparent and meritocratic. Betoken truly embodies the ethos of decentralization and adds a meritocratic layer on top of it to build a profitable hedge fund.

Guillaume Palayer

As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project?

Guillaume is the cofounder of Betoken. His mission is to design and code the front end experience of the dApp. He's also an user researcher passionate by the token economy and the decentralized Web.

What do you think about idea?

Since begining of 2017, I was looking for a tool who can help me manage friends and family crypto-portfolio in a transparent and effective way. I didn't found any tools having those features. We decided to build it with Zefram and Surya. We will focused in the next coming weeks on integrating margin trading for our managers, governance system for smart contract upgrades, Mobile-first, minimal user interface, and improving our Incentivized Meritocracy.
