Over EstateFi

The first protocol that successfully leverages on-chain crowdfunding for stable off-chain investments in real estate. We believe that we have “cracked” the code for bear market proof DEFI protocol that can continue paying out to its holders even if the price crashes to near zero.

Why EstateFi?

Our strong belief is that no true passive income protocol exists yet. All projects that promise you huge returns rely heavily on ponzinomics. While we won’t offer 100’000% APY, We aim to actually be around for YEARS, not weeks. That’s because the EstateFi protocol is fully sustainable (phase 2) and is truly bear market resistant since real estate doesn’t care about crypto market sentiment.

  • First goal of EstateFi protocol is to acquire treasury in order to be able to buy properties in Portugal and Spain.

    During this period holders of EsFi token will get rewarded by a small reflection from each buy and sell transaction.

  • Phase 2 of the protocol – treasury has grown enough to buy 1 or multiple properties, rent them out and use earnings to

    a. Buy back and burn tokens, increasing remaining token value.

    b. Be paid out every month to holders via airdrops.

  • With phase 2 in full swing, more and more properties will be added to EstateFi portfolio, slowly increasing earnings per month.

    Earning increase will in turn increase tokens burned or paid out to holders.
