2. A structure that creates a market where metadata can be exchanged and is legitimately rewarded. The first block-chain market to be built to meet film supply standards.
3. The CEO has a successful exit experience.
A complementary point
1. The market is intensely competitive and monopolistic. netflix. This can survive by digging a gap. It is unclear whether this will create such great added value.
2. Reduced hard caps, but not a small sum, and fewer crypto fund institutional investors (many private investors in media-related businesses).
3. A structure that can be commercialized until next year. The roadmap is not fast.
