LANCER NETWORK is a decentralized freelance site for the advertising and promotion of crowd sale and blockchain projects.

PROS:

• The platform enables the users  to access a wide range of services  as they can perform mass-liking and mass following tasks  making them to adequately contribute  value to the system
• The platform lowers the cost of advertising  as it enables the users to set prices and terms of the jobs to be advertised  by themselves  saving them form higher expenses on advertisements
• The platform has a transparent payment system as it follows a bullet proof payment system which cannot be cheated as the payments are only effected upon the execution of the tasks
• The platform through the rating system  ensures that the employees  and the customers status  are immediately visible  hence eliminating the problem of deception  and hire only good –rated workers
• The platform accepts a multiple of currencies in making  payments making the users to easily earn and pay in their favourite currency
• The platform through the use of blockchain technology  set high-standard security protocols against third party frauds hence ensuring that the user’s information is instantly stored
• The platform has a good network of  the involved team and advisors with necessary skills and experience  under the  guidance of the CEO Alex Kozhevnikov

CONS:

• The  LNW tokens doesn’t give the holders rights of ownership  and taking part in the decisions making process on the Lancer Network Company
• The platform funds raised during the crowd sale are not insured  and at any time the value can be lost
• The platform whitepaper  doesn’t give the profile of the involved team members and advisors

SUGGESTIONS:

• The platform should set  up an insurance company to provide  insure the funds raised by the LNW tokens during the crowd sale
• The platform whitepaper should provide a detailed profile of each team members involved in the project
• The platform should provide the token  holders with more  incentives by being able to take part in the company’s decision making

NOTE:

Through the increased growth of cryptocurrencies and internet use the platform enables companies to hire workers through effective advertisements and promotion enabling the user to earn cryptocurrency. I would put my investment in this project.
