The Harvest investment thesis (Harvest Hedge) leverages real estate and debt financing to create our investment floor, while participating in crypto venture capital and incubation to create value and exponential growth.

Historically, Real estate dominates the field in terms of safe reliable growth. It has made more millionaires over time than any other industry. It is an industry that many understand well and has passed the test of time. Conversely, we know that crypto is a new space and there is a lot of wealth to be made here. But, the space is incredibly risky. Many projects are rug-pulls and it’s getting more difficult to determine which projects are legitimate and which are not. There are also many inherent issues in crypto such as liquidity and access.

Keeping all of these in mind, we believe that crypto is undoubtedly the future and we know that real estate won’t fail over time. So, we are combining the two systems. By creating a healthy mix of safe and risky assets, we are creating both safe stable growth and allowing for explosive gains.
