The buyer sends funds to the smart contract and is auto released to the seller when both parties are satisfied. Our smart contract is open sourced and verifiable. Admin cannot ever access seller or buyers funds! Their is 0% of a buyer being scammed by a vendor, 0% of a vendor being scammed by a buyer and 0% chance of anyone being scammed by admin and therefore no chance of an admin exit scam as it is impossible for admin to access funds.

Is it illegal?

It is in no way illegal to buy an Erc20 Token! As a token holder, you are not an owner or a share-holder and you are not buying an illegal item on an onion market. Buying cryptocurrency is anonymous and you can take steps to make sure your tokens are stored privately. You can open up a separate wallet to store your DOG Tokens if it makes you feel more comfortable.
