YIELD has a target return of 8.75% and is collateralized by Olson Bond Fund bonds which are funded by U.S. real estate assets. YIELD is an indivisible asset which cannot be owned as fractional shares, therefore 1 YIELD is equal to the smallest non-zero unit (0.0000001) value on the Stellar Horizon API and an integer amount value of 1 on the native Stellar blockchain (view Horizon's Anatomy of an Asset docs for more info on amount precision: https://developers.stellar.org/docs/issuing-assets/anatomy-of-an-asset/#amount-precision). Compatible display interfaces using the Horizon API should scale YIELD up by a factor of 10 million for accurate representation.

Holders of YIELD tokens must create an account at an approved white listing portal such as https://yieldcrowd.com and complete KYC registration in order to receive dividend/yield payments.
