As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the project? What do you think about idea? Thank you!)

I am the cofounder of Stockchain Global and, with my background in global capital markets and financial systems, helped create the concept and perform the analysis necessary in legal, regulatory, and market review to determine how to structure a global trading platform based on blockchain technology. I am very excited about the many potential uses for Stockchain, particularly those associated with privately-traded debt and privately-owned equity, plus public debt, commercial paper, public equity trading, and involving countries/jurisdictions that don't currently have much opportunity to be involved in the capital markets due to the expense of the current system. Our team members have been directly involved in all of these markets, and we are initially focused on those that have the biggest need and the highest friction in the current system. These financial industries constitute a global market of over $200 trillion USD, so the size of the opportunity is staggering.

As COO, I focus on implementation, research and development, and day-to-day operations. I was drawn to stockchain because I believe that blockchain technology, together with careful regulatory compliance, has the potential to utterly disrupt financial markets. That kind of revolution could not only enrich the current markets and market participants, but being financial services and markets to jurisdictions that are currently undeserved or completely excluded from capital markets altogether.

I am the CTO on this project. I believe strongly in the blockchain being the future foundation of the securities industry. I also believe that Stockchain has the talent, expertise and industry experience to bring this vision to market.
