Leasehold is a decentralised profit sharing business that shares rental income through tokenization. Leasehold (LSH) rewards token holders in the form of a buy-back and burn, which takes company profits, buys back tokens from the open market and destroys them while taking them out of circulation. As a Deflationary token, LSH tokens will continue to be bought and burnt while the company sets strict policies that ensure further growth and acquisition that aims to increase the buy-back and burn power constantly. 1.1.2 Property rental of owned properties. Here Leasehold will achieve the maximum amount of returns as all profits will belong to the company and distributed to the “Buy Backs” Leasehold (LSH) will continue to buy property on the open market and rent it out using our specially designed cross platform method. Cross platform method is designed to increase occupancy rates of all our apartments by listing the properties available for short term rental on platforms such as booking.com, airbnb, homeway and many more all simultaneously. Bookings are then all synced across a single platform that allows all token holders access to real-time data of company profits in the form of buy-backs which are executed monthly. Tokenization of LSH allows people from all over the world to take part in profit sharing from the short term rental markets that are now booming all over the world without having to put up large amounts of capital at once, which many individuals do not have access to. Leasehold (LSH) solves this problem by being a secure profit sharing Token that achieves this using blockchain technology.

4. Core features 4.1. Multi-Signatures

LSH allows users to create a multi-Signature group. A Multi-signature group consists of several LSH users, called group members. Transactions from multi-signature groups can be configured to require some or all signatures for approval.

To achieve this, a M of N multi-signature architecture is implemented. All members of a multi-signature group (N) are added, up to a maximum of 16 Signatories, and then the required number (M) of signatures needed to approve a transaction specified.

M must be greater than 1 and less than or equal than N. N is the number of members of the multi-signature group.

Once you initiate a transaction from the multi-signature group , all the members will see this pending transaction and decide whether to approve or ignore it. Once the required number of confirmations has been collected, the group will allow the transaction and submit it to the blockchain.

The owners of the multi-Signature group may change the rules of the group at any time with the approval of at least M of the signatories.

The purpose of Leasehold (LSH) is to create a public profit sharing ecosystem in which further growth and development will happen while the public taking away the most.

LSH is written in JavaScript, this allows for fast processing of all functions such as transactions, payments and accounting. LSH was forked from Lisk and intends to run as the very first Lisk Side-chain off Lisk with its own Decentralised Exchange (DEX).

As a team member, сan you tell us about your role in the ICO project?
As a Crypto Enthusiast I had begun buying property in 2017 after the last bull run, this was all in hopes of creating a better more stable Bitcoin environment and a project that could have more solid foundations in the industry
What do you think about idea?
I think leasehold is a great Idea because it sets a solid foundation up for the project where the future is set in stone and no matter the outcome of the crypto markets in the next 10 years, leasehold will still be profiting as its source of income is the very thing it owns, the property.

Especially after Covid 19 many people will want to get out and travel more which will bring even more success to the project. with Bitcoin growing and airbnb no accepting bitcoin, there is alot of room for future development as well as growth. Once leasehold reaches a certain size, the amount and rate of growth will be exponential as 40% of profits will be put back into buying more property for the company. this in turn creates a stable and flourishing ecosystem that has created a stable, profitable environment.
