Does blockchain technology have the potential to cause a massive paradigm shift that impacts small businesses, corporations, organizations, governments, and economies?

The Center for the Study of Blockchain and Financial Technology at Morgan State University takes great pleasure in announcing the Inaugural Annual Summit on Blockchain Technology. We are inviting professors, like you, who want to join us as we explore this new area. We are requesting that you identify faculty who want to explore this new area. The Summit will also give faculty the opportunity to apply for competitive funding for research and course development through the Morgan FinTech Center. Projects that receive funding will be announced at the Summit. To offset the cost of attending the Summit and to encourage participation, the FinTech Center will award a limited number of fellowships to support HBCU faculty. The fellowships are available on a first come, first served basis, and will be offered to one faculty member from each HBCU. Registration must be completed by April 3rd. The fellowship covers registration and a one-night hotel stay.

We have prepared a varied program for professional development and networking. Our goal is to provide an enriching experience for all participants to learn about the fundamentals of blockchain technology.
