About us

CriptoNoticias is a digital newspaper in Spanish dedicated to covering the most relevant facts related to Bitcoin money technology . It offers its readers the latest news, advances, trends, as well as the best analysis, opinion and educational information on the economic, political and social implications of the Bitcoin ecosystem.

It was born in April 2015 out of the need to have a reliable source about Bitcoin in Spanish that helps inform and educate the Hispanic population around the world. Since then it has positioned itself as the reference medium in terms of ecosystem events, attracting millions of readers. Today it has more than thirty collaborators, including correspondents in Argentina, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Spain, Panama and Venezuela.

The name of CriptoNoticias derives from combining the words "crypto" from cryptography , which is the native language of Bitcoin, and "news" due to its nature as a digital newspaper and its mission of creating and disseminating information and knowledge about the Bitcoin ecosystem.

The CriptoNoticias logo is inspired by a Bitcoin node that contains four blocks of information in the form of its initial letter “C”; bordered by waves of frequency that emulate the propagation of information. Our blue color represents the attributes of trust, responsibility, honesty and veracity that all means of communication and education must possess.
