How to register an account on the SOTA platform?
Sota platform supports users to sign up for an account by 2 methods:
If you already have a digital wallet and you want to manage tokens and NFTs with the wallet, you can use the wallet to create a new account on the SOTA platform.
If you don’t have or don’t want to manage tokens and NFTs with an existing wallet, you can register with an email address and create a new internal wallet on the SOTA platform.

How to reset your SOTA account password (only for accounts registered with the email address)?
On the Sign-in page, click ‘Forgot your password?’ Enter your account email and click [Next]. Check email from SOTA and click the link to reset your password. Enter your new password and click ‘Submit’
What is a verified creator? How do I become a verified creator?
“Verified creators” are creators that have verified their KYC documents with the SOTA team. Because of their trusted identities, NFTs created by verified authors are easier to trade in the marketplace. If you want to become a verified creator, send your information to our email at support@sota.finance. We will respond to you as soon as possible and help you with the process.
How to enable Google Authenticator?
Log into your Sota account and click ‘Profile’ - ‘Setting’ - ‘Security’
Turn on Google Authenticator
Enter your password and click ‘Next’ You will be redirected to a popup.

How to enable Email Authenticator?
Log into your Sota account and click ‘Profile’ - ‘Setting’ - ‘Security’
Turn on Google Authenticator
Enter your password and click ‘Next’
Check your email and enter the ‘Email Verification Code’.
How to disable Google Authenticator or Email Authenticator?
Log into your Sota account and click ‘Profile’ - ‘Setting’ - ‘Security’
Turn on Google Authenticator
Enter your password and click ‘Next’
You will be redirected to a popup. Follow the step-by-step instructions to disable security settings.
Can I change my email address and update my profile?
You can change your email address if you use an external wallet to register for your SOTA account. If you register using an email address then you cannot change it. On your profile page, you can update your avatar, cover banner, your profile description, social media links, etc.
How can I use my referral code?
You can share it with everyone. They will input it when they register an account on the Sota platform. Then 50% of their transaction costs will be shared with you.
How do I manage my wallet?
Your finance activities can be done in the “My Wallet” section on your Profile page. If you use an internal wallet you can deposit different currencies in the deposit section or withdraw money to a different wallet address in the withdraw section. If you use an external wallet then depositing/withdrawing will be done in your external wallet while SOTA only shows the current balance.
Regarding NFT collectibles, SOTA supports importing/withdrawing NFTs for both internal and external wallets. Note that you can only import NFTs that are compatible with the SOTA marketplace.
