30- Apr. The Nervos ICO provides an infrastructure-based path to scalability for dApps that holds great potential for its decoupled, blockchain-agnostic design. While the project is still in the early stages of product development and community building, the team behind Nervos are seasoned blockchain veterans who have founded and contributed to foundational projects in the space.

Overall, I am on the fence about it. I like the competent team and the proposed architecture, aka public chain + multiple customizable shards called individual blockchains, which is getting traction in the blockchain space. I, however, dislike that the actual project is relatively slow and very little GitHub action can be seen. The project does have a lot of potentials especially because of the team, this one remains on the watchlist.
