The QoinIQ utility tokens will be used to access and use the services within QoinSuit and the tokens that have been used by the users will be kept in one or more wallets of converted into fiat, depending on the necessities of the Company.
QoinIQ intends to allocate the issued tokens, as follows:
-60% will be sold via a token generating event
-40% will remain with QoinIQ for further developments of QoinSuit.
The maximum supply of tokens sold during the TGE is set to a corresponding counter-value of CHF 15 million.
Depending on the development of QoinSuit, a portion of tokens up to 5% of the free float may be burned. This will be announced a week before the burning event
The QoinIQ utility tokens will be used for the following services:
· access several levels of the IT platform: each level will guarantee access to selected exchanges, varying by the membership level chosen by the User
· access the training version of QoinSuit and participate in personalized training sessions.
Different subscription levels will be available to meet the needs of the users, with layered services and periods. Each subscription level will be selected, acquired and accessed through the IT platform using the QoinIQ tokens.
Moreover, there will be packages with several levels of rebates for the users, depending on the selected subscription levels and periods (longer subscription period will be rewarded with a higher fee discount).
