Apart from the stress of booking an appointment with a doctor, patients struggle and even become frustrated (which certainly will not help their current condition!) over medical jargon that creates a border between patient and doctor. We want to make our medical assistance search more focused on how each person feels and add human language powered search to our platform.
We also believe that AI in healthcare is just a few, substantial steps away from actually helping patients in their daily lives. One area which they need to perfect is processing human language, and the way individuals use it. How do we describe, and perhaps more importantly, how do we search? Robots are in the midst of bettering the processing of human language, which means better understanding patients’ conditions.
At the same time, the industry of telemedicine is at a tipping point, expanding far beyond interactions between physicians and patients into entirely new ways to deliver healthcare and practice medicine. We aim to empower doctor-patient interaction with telehealth opportunities according to the market legal regulations.
Online doctor-appointment services are not new to the healthcare market. However, it is the first step to improve healthcare services and it is the easiest way to enter these new markets. Being present in the various markets will eliminate friction by adding new technological solutions within healthcare services. Due to the operational experience in markets, we will implement innovations in accordance with local mentality, ethics and legal regulations.
We prioritize putting patients’ needs at the center of our product innovation, to remove issues and problems throughout their healthcare journey. Processing medical data, telemedicine, and AI-assistance cause huge concerns among patients, because they are afraid for the quality and the safety of these technologies. We believe that the only way to protect patients is to provide transparency and prove the safety of the technology. That is why we decided to make our services blockchain-based.
