PHANTASMA PROTOCOL

This is an innovative decentralized platform that revolutionalizes the application development in the  key areas of data management and content –sharing

PROS:

1. The platform ensures adequate security of the user personal data as it runs the content distribution system on blockchain  enabling the users to have full control of their own content instead of the relying on third-party entities to host, secure  and manage their data
2. The platform ensures that all the data on it are encrypted  and only the users can access  this information via their private keys  hence increasing the privacy levels
3. The platform enables the users to make faster transactions through NEO  making it equally cheaper with zero gas costs and high throughput  mainly derived  from the use of Proof-of-Stake (POS) consensus implemented with the Distributed Byzantine Fault Tolerance (DBFT) algorithm
4. The platform through the use of smart contract and Phantasma Data File System (PDFS) enables the users to store voluminous actual data content  and distribution of rewards among the storage nodes
5. The platform  involved team has the right skills and experience in the blockchain, smart contract, mobile and web development necessary for the easy project development  under the guidance  of the CEO Sergio Flores  who has an extensive experience on  development work on NEO
6. The platform whitepaper is elaborate and illustrates the importance of the project  through the current use cases in ensuring secure data management hence promoting easy user understanding

CONS:

1. The amount raised by the project token is not specified in the whitepaper to enable the users to determine its suitability
2. The platform team involved doesn’t include  the advisors to give direction to the project implementation process
3. The platform mobile application has not been developed to promote easy data management and sharing through the use of smartphones

SUGGESTIONS:

1. The platform technical team should develop a mobile application supported by Andriod and IOS to enable easy data sharing via the use of smartphones
2. The platform team should include advisors to help in guiding the project implementation process

NOTE:

Through the use of blockchain and smart contract technologies, Phantasma project becomes more viable as it enables the users to securely manage and share their data. I would highly invest in this project

3-May. Sergey: New project that we have found is Phantasma Protocol. Whitelist has been filled very fast, but there will probably be 2nd round. We are in process of analyzing it. It looks like Medium, we have not made decision to participate yet. 
Ivan: I have found it a month ago, there were only 4 team members, one of them is Sergio Flores, one of the top developers at City of Zion. After that CTO of Bluzzele has joined the project. Hype is rising.
13-May. Sergey: Phantasma is Very High. They position themselves as a blockchain. Cap is low, very ambitious.
14-May. Sergey: Alexey: We have participated, they give us a small cap. It is Very High Interest.
Andrey: They claim to create separate blockchain for 10 M. The sphere has not proven to be profitable yet.
23-May. Andrey: There may be mistakes in smart contracts and tokens will be unlocked immediately.
Alexey: It is NEO, there may be problems.
Sergey: I like the team, just look at their CEO. The most important things are low cap and high hype level.
30-May. Alexey: I didn`t participate in the crowdsale. But I have participated in private.
Andrey: I participated. There was a problem with the smart contract. In 2-3 days they have re-opened sale, the cap was 10 NEO. 
Sergey: It was instant profit, you buy and in few days you can sell with 300% profit on the exchange. It is Very High.

Decent hard-cap, with good team and advisors. MVP coming. City of Zion dApp challaenge winners.

The Phantasma ICO is focusing heavily on a value proposition that may not have sufficient standing with the average internet user to gain traction. Underlying the dapp layer of the project though is a more enticing infrastructure set that has potential for a number of alternative use cases.
Still, we don’t have enough progress on the product end to place much confidence in this supposition alone. With all these factors taken into consideration, we will not place a bet on the Phantasma ICO.

10-May. Phantasma the project I am really bullish on. QuarkChain, Edenchain, Phantasma and Mainframe those are my four all-star projects for this month.

Project strong sides: looks like no.

Project weak sides: probably fake information in team section, a big lack of market information and strategy, absence of business plan details.

So our position is negative, probably scam.
