TranquilityNET is a PMS(Property Management System) powered by blockchain technology and the cloud built specifically for independently owned hotel and lodging operations. TranquilityNET integrates hundreds of capabilities onto one system to support day-to-day operations such as guest bookings, online reservations, sales, housekeeping management and payroll.

Unlike other PMSsolutions, TranquilityNET continuously imports data from a wide variety of third-party services so you can handle all guest requests in one application. Our goal with TranquilityNET is to create a platform that is simple and easy to learn for all managers and employees. With a powerful third-party app library and multiple AI-enhanced functions, TranquilityNET is a future-proof solution for all hotelier needs.

Secure Audit Process

The Night Audit process, essential to all properties, takes sensitive transactional information and stores it for an indefinite amount of time to ensure all financial records are correct for the day. These audits contain extremely personal financial information and the highest form of security is needed. TranquilitySERVE, stores and retrieves guest data and financial information, including audit details, securely on the cloud. Although our private Hyperledger Fabric network is a secure framework for storing sensitive information, we've added an extra layer of security by implementing TRANQ audit units on a separate blockchain network to run during the Night Audit process. 

The role of TRANQ is to verify authentic audit information transfers between TranquilityNET and TranquilitySERVE. By verifying that the agent is running a valid version of TranquilityNET by validating the TRANQ source, the transfer of information between clients is completed quickly and securely. Thanks to our AI capabilities, verification of data is efficient and transfers are always correct. With two separate blockchain networks working to keep data secure, your property will never have to worry about potential hackers gaining access to your property's guest details.

TRANQ Overview

TRANQ is a transferrable token on the Ethereum blockchain that helps TranquilityNET store sensitive audit data in TranquilitySERVE securely.

1 TRANQ = 2 TRANQ audit units.

Each TRANQ token is enough to complete 2 audit cycles in TranquilityNET. Every TRANQ audit unit is 0.5 TRANQ. Every annual TranquilityNET license comes with 200 TRANQ which is 400 TRANQ audit units.

Security By Origin Validation: TranqulitySERVE will only authorize audit requests if the TRANQ audit unit that came with the request is from a verified property with a valid TranquilityNET license.

Strictly Back End: Front desk agents and night auditors will never have to worry about TRANQ as it is strictly a back end tool used by the network for storing audit data. The only thing that needs to be checked on from time to time is the validity of the TranquilityNET license.
