Hillik Nissani

Mr. Nissani is a distinguished global executive with over 25 years of experience leading commercial growth and expansion across five continents. Mr. Nissani presently serves as a board member on several public and private companies. He was formerly a Captain in the Israeli Defence Forces acting as Head of the Israeli Defence Forces Computer Centre’s School, Software Development Division. Mr. Nissani’s experience has focused upon the re-engineering and refinement of senior management teams as collective units with a particular emphasis on C-suit coherence, marketing collaboration and the efficient expansion of operational capacity. Mr. Nissani’s venture capital and private equity experience includes deals in which he led investments into high-tech companies and assisted management teams with devising and executing value creation strategies. His participation and leadership resulted in investments that led to successful exits through acquisition by multinationals such as Alcatel, as well as by an initial public offering on NASDAQ.
