Group 1 Engineering  Redevelopment: Building Community Redevelopment of well-located communities offers significant opportunities for G1E to create value for our customers and company. Through thoughtful planning and design, we are able to extend the lifespan of our communities, offer improved surroundings and services to our residents, and contribute to the vibrancy and economic development of the cities in which we do business. 

Redeveloping apartment communities will give us the flexibility that does not come with ground-up developments. We can respond quickly to market conditions by increasing or decreasing volume according to demand, and we already take advantage of repurposing our buildings like RM58 – using existing infrastructure and promoting a more sustainable living environment. At the core of our corporate mission we are dedicated “to consistently provide luxury apartment homes in a respectful environment.” Our redevelopment efforts allow us to do just that, and help us to focus on delivering a high-quality and updated product that builds credibility and goodwill with our residents and surrounding neighborhoods.

RETAIL LEASING_At Group 1 Engineering, finding ways to make life easier goes beyond providing great apartment homes. We also work hard to help you live, shop and play right in your community – giving you more time to enjoy life. At many of our apartment communities you’ll find great gathering places like restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Some offer the convenience of dry cleaners, grocery stores or drugstores to make errands easier than ever.
