Founded Vital Neuro, Inc., produced and demonstrated working model of wired, in lab service,
and added Q Saeed as co-founder and CEO.

Q3 2016

Founders develop Enterprise Go-to-market strategy, funding path and model, and transition plan to
on-board from ABT and BRC to Vital. Specifications for initial smart headphone with integrated EEG
sensors begin.

Q4 2016

ABT & BRC contribute IP and know how to Vital as royalty free, perpetual licenses. End to end cloud
system architecture and app to enable the Vital prototype initiated.

Q1 2017

Prototype service budgeted including Vital smart cloud system Leonardo, resident machine learning
engine, and 1st wireless sensors. Bruce Clay joins team to aid on Corporate Development, LOI secured
from a targeted BPO for a pilot.

Q2 2017

Sourcing and hiring for MVP in process, Delivered ver. 1 & 2 of smart headphone, began MVP app &
cloud integration. Initial commercial headphone design completed.

Closed $675,000 Reg D Private Sale Non-Token Equity Round to fund prototype development. Lead
