Features

Property Coin is THE ICO project that should be the cornerstone of a well diversified cryptocurrency portfolio. We think of ourselves as a “blue chip” ICO, the first proper merger of traditional structured finance and crypto.  Key features include:

  • Security token - we are, without a doubt a security token and that's OK with us.  We've spent our careers structuring complex securities offerings and have hired Dentons US, LLP, a respected structured finance law firm to advise on structure and securities regulatory matters.  Property Coin will be offered pursuant to Reg D in the US and Reg S outside of the US.
  • 100% asset ownership - 100% of the net proceeds from the Property Coin ICO will be invested in real estate and loans, with investments selected by our professional real estate investors and former investment bankers using our proprietary tech;

  • Natural floor value & price appreciation - Asset backing and the reinvestment of retained profits is expected to create an increasing NAV, which may lead to “floor” pricing levels for the coin with natural price appreciation;

  • Transparency - We want to set the new standard for clear and transparent ICOs.  We have adopted best practices from traditional structured finance in the design of Property Coin and will provide monthly reporting on all Property Coin assets held;

  • Asset exposure - To our knowledge, we are the first proper crypto denominated securitization/ structured real estate portfolio on the blockchain, and Property Coin is the only way that we are aware of, anywhere, to participate in the residential "fix and flip" asset class with an institutional partner;

  • Market opportunity - We have built the foundation for what we hope will be a sizable property investment and lending platform, and we see this ICO as a new method of funding the growth of our innovative company.  Presently we screen approximately 1,500 properties per day and we see far more attractive investment opportunities than we have capital to invest in;

Property Coin is an ERC20 token that represents a fractionalized ownership of a portfolio of professionally managed and diversified portfolio of real estate assets and loans.  The development of the code was performed by trusted contractors known to the team and audited by an independent third party as well as a third party systems security specialist and our CTO.

Aperture has invested our own money and spent more than a year designing, developing and implementinga sophisticated, data driven and proprietary technology platform that identifies potential assets for acquisition.  Our enterprise platform was developed by our team in conjunction with a highly regarded enterprise developement firm who has built platforms for notable fintech companies in the past.
