About SP ESTATE

The project involves the acquisition of residential and commercial real property in the Czech Republic (it is possible to enter the markets of EU member-countries in the future) and the further management of this real property with a view to gain profit. Since the company has been present on the Czech real property market since 2005 and has already studied this market by offering the real property management services to its clients, the operational risks are minimal for the project investors. At the same time, by acquiring additional real property facilities, the company is able to significantly reduce its unit costs for the real property management due to the growth of its activities. To finance the project, it is planned to attract private investors through the ICO mechanism. The attracted investors are the passive cryptocurrency investors seeking to fix the exchange rate and increase the liquidity of their cryptocurrency investments and/or move from the cryptocurrencies into a more conservative asset with a view to growth. The income base of the project is formed through the operation of real property acquired with the ICO funds - hotels, apartment houses, office buildings, financing of the real estate transactions, including the mortgage purchase, and financing of the development projects.
