   Pegasus Neo Steel Ltd. (PNS), a limited liability company, was formed in 1997 in Thailand. Main business directions are metals trading, processing and distribution worldwide. PNS is also involved in financial services and consultancy, especially regarding metals. Since 2010 PNS has been acting as a financial arm for our gold exploration projects in Central Asia, South East Asia and Africa. Decentralized financing – for real projects In present economic situation in the world gold become more and more in demand as the hedge from risks connected with fiat money and uncertainty with economic growth all over the world. Decentralized financing of gold exploration and mining projects will provide more flexibility to the owners of projects, reduce time for realization and will give to common people a chance to participate in such projects with very small investments. Moreover it is important for projects, that have been developed already for certain stage and where certain results have been achieved, like with our project in Central Asia. Further financing of the project we are planning to arrange via issuing of our tokens and its sales through ICO.
