About A Regulatory Framework for Crypto Currencies

In February 2018 Malta has extended the Professional Investor Fund regulations to allow them to invest in virtual currencies. SGGG Fexserv has already received the first In Principle approval for the first application submitted for a regulated crypto currency fund.

On the 26th of June 2018 the Maltese Parliament unanimously approved the three bills presented on DLT/Blockchain technology including the Virtual Financial Assets Act (“VFAA”) 2018. The purpose of the VFAA is to regulate the field of Initial Virtual Financial Asset Offerings and Virtual Financial Assets.

The purpose of the seminar is to provide answers to the regulatory and operational questions faced by emerging cryptocurrency operators. It will introduce Malta and its regulatory regime and provide you with connections to service providers in the crypto currency environment to satisfy regulatory requirements. SGGG Fexserv Invites you to a panel discussion with a range of highly knowledgeable industry professionals who will share their thoughts and personal experience on the subject.
