Farsight Automotive B.V. was established in 2019 specifically for the implementation of the Classic Car Coin. Building on the longstanding know-how of its founders, the company focuses on the consistent and successful implementation of the Classic Car Coin project.

Features

The Classic Car Coin is a fully regulated security token, which offers many analogies to the classic company shares in terms of rights for investors. Each Classic Car Coin represents a share in the company. Associated with this is the possibility of dividend distribution, which can be initiated by the resolution of the annual stockholders' meeting. Additionally, a voting right is granted. The weighting of the votes is based on the amount of shares held. Major shareholders thus have an increased influence within the proclaimed voting rounds The voting is performed directly on the blockchain and is therefore transparent and comprehensible. The first financing round of the Classic Car Coin ends on 31.10.2021. With the start of the second financing round, the issue price increases in accordance with the Dilution Table. This can be viewed by registered members at any time without purchasing tokens in the backend of the Classic Car Coin.
