highly recognized products that blend together technology, traditional Chinese elements

Always actively reallocating its resources, Chinese Dragon Group diversifies its portfolio to
real estate projects such as Sutton Place and Central@Meruraya in Ipoh, Malaysia, integrated
development projects covering the area of over 9 acres each, featuring residences, shopping
malls, and leisure areas, with Central featuring even offices for the Federal Government, commercial
and office complexes, hotels, tertiary institutions and medical centers. Both projects
are developed under the MM2H (‘Malaysia My Second Home’) Programmed and the ‘Belt
and Road’ initiative and are promoted by the Malaysian government. Currently, the Group is
also investing in various property management and leasing projects in the United Kingdom
as well as in precious gems and metals, thus capturing profit growth everywhere possible.

In 2016, Chinese Dragon Group successfully entered into a memorandum in equity capital
participation in OXALOR group and acquired exclusive rights for representation for their
Waste Treatment Project in the Asia Pacific Region, previously granted an ‘A’ in an evaluation
by the Guangdong Provincial Academy of Environmental Science. As Chairman of Chinese
Dragon Group, Mr. Ting now also became one of the shareholders for OXALOR technology.
OXALOR Group is a French waste management technology company. Its waste treatment
technology is designed to transform domestic waste into OXYOM, an agricultural fertilizers
and refuse derived fuel, through the use of quick lime as an agent, providing a solution for
over 150,000 tons of waste per year from both the domestic and agricultural sector without
polluting air or water. The Group offers its services to governmental organizations and is a
European market leader in the field.
To effectively coordinate between the parties and successfully utilize this technology to
create a better environment for the future generations, Chinese Dragon Technology Ltd
was established in Shanghai. The company is set to construct facilities for environmental
protection with an ultimate goal to become the best enterprise in large-scale the Chinese
waste treatment industry, planning to establish over 100 advance waste treatment plants
in China, and further in the Asia Pacific Region.
