BlockBase uses blockchain technology to provide secure and distributed database storage services. It stores database operations on sidechains to the EOS main chain, which are governed through smart contracts on EOS. To learn more about how BlockBase works, check our documentation on GitHub below.
In order to use BlockBase's software, you have to run a BlockBase node. The BlockBase node API provides all the functionalities for service requesters (the ones who want to use the service to store their databases) and service providers (the ones who want to provide the service).
The current BlockBase software version is running as beta on the EOS network. Click on the Network Tracker below, to discover what is currently running there.
