Our first step into DeFi will be by creating our own Mac&Cheese decentralized exchange - Mac&Cheese SWAP, which will function as an automatic market maker. Currently most popular such projects are Uniswap, Sushiswap on Ethereum network and Pancakeswap on Binance Smart Chain. Due to high fees and congestion on Ethereum, we have decided to launch on BinanceSmartChain . We will not attempt to reinvent the wheel, but instead we chose to stand on the shoulder of giants by taking the best out of the time-tested and proven technology and make it our own by making our own model of Pancakeswap.
It is unlikely and unrealistic for us to overtake Uniswap, Sushiwap, or Pancakeswap by their volume traded, volume locked or any other metric. But we can co-exist and we aim to take-over a portion of the marketshare. Pancakeswap has a marketcap of $3Billion and the DeFI space is currently valued at over $100Billion total marketcap. Having all the functionalities of those exchanges, plus having additional features for the mac&Cheese currency is how we aim to get our fair share of the market.
