PERSEC Alfa eliminates time delay and any 3rd party involvement in a financial relationship between an employer and an employee. It allows users to be paid instantly, based on the unit of measure (single project, milestone or “per second” with a time-based work) selected by the employer.

Wasting time by employees causes millions of dollars a month to be lost by employers around the world. Business owners can implement complicated procedures that will limit their losses. It is difficult to settle employees fairly for their work. Consider the following example: astfood worker gets paid by the hour. This worker comes 15 min late and takes frequent cigarette brakes. Normally a range of things would need to happen: the manager needs to take notice, salary adjustments need to take place, the accountant will need to add necessary changes, the worker will wait for the payment and hope everything is tracked properly. The employer doesn’t know the situation and can only rely on a range of people doing exactly what they suppose to do.

What if this worker normally comes a couple of minutes early every day, but was late only once? How many times did he stay a little longer to finish serving a customer and it was never reflected in the salary?
Most of those situations depend on someone’s perception of what is happening. It creates unfair (and easy to exploit) work environment where introvert and honest workers are at a massive disadvantage.
